1) My Series 6 exam is officially scheduled for March 2, 2005.
2) The official schedule for SXSW is out (via Mouse Words). The Donnas AND Billy Idol on the same night? I need to find some way to actually check out the event this year. Anyone else I absolutely HAVE to check out?

well, i know some kids who really dig on enon and the wrens; the ocean blue is cute. haven't they been around for a while, though? as have the bottle rockets.
six parts seven. the album leaf i would love to see.
and oh, snap, the bad plus?! i haven't seen them live-- my friend is really into them-- but i have heard their songs, and they are hot. i think that's the band you should check out!
and mike doughty from soul coughing is playing too, but i don't know what he's been doing recently... but it couldn't suck.
